Worst customer service. Extremely rude behavior. They try to lure customers by offering tiny tasting samples with a big smile, but once you purchase and reach the billing counter, their real attitude comes out. For example, when I asked for napkins, the staff member handed me just 2/3. I have two kids, so I politely asked for more. She rolled her eyes and handed them over reluctantly, with clear annoyance. One particular lady was especially rude and dismissive. Her tone, facial expressions, and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. It felt like this behavior was directed only toward customers of certain ethnicities, which is deeply concerning. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone. This experience was disappointing and unpleasant and very unnecessary Their dumplings and drinks are horrible 😫
I love the food here and the servers are so nice and polite. I especially love their mango chicken and BBQ chicken. Though do expect very long lines. That's how good they are.
